Los Ángeles.- La Academia de Hollywood desvelará esta mañana los candidatos a los Óscar, en los que "Boyhood", la gran vencedora de los Globos de Oro, "Birdman" o "The Grand Hotel Budapest", son los favoritos para acaparar más nominaciones.

El anuncio de las nominaciones se realizará en un acto en el Teatro Samuel Goldwyn de Beverly Hills (California) y estará a cargo del actor Chris Pine, de los directores J.J. Abrams y el mexicano Alfonso Cuarón y de la presidenta de la Academia de Hollywood, Cheryl Boone Isaacs.

Craig Zadan y Neil Meron, productores de la 87 edición de los Óscar, han apostado esta vez por realizar el anuncio en directo de las 24 categorías existentes.

La conferencia de prensa estará dividida en dos partes.

A las 9:30 a.m. hora de Puerto Rico se iniciará el acto, con la presentación de Abrams y Cuarón -que consiguió el año pasado el Óscar a mejor director por "Gravity"-.

Los dos realizadores se encargará de anunciar los nominados en las siguientes categorías: mejor película de animación, mejor documental, mejor corto documental, mejor montaje, mejor canción original, mejor diseño de producción, mejor corto de animación, mejor corto de acción real, mejor edición de sonido, mejor mezcla de sonido y mejores efectos visuales.

Ocho minutos después, será el turno para Pine y la presidenta de la Academia de Hollywood.

Ambos subirán al escenario para dar a conocer los candidatos a mejor actor, mejor actriz, mejor actor de reparto, mejor actriz de reparto, mejor fotografía, mejor diseño de vestuario, mejor director, mejor película extranjera -con Argentina y Venezuela entre las finalistas-, mejor maquillaje y peluquería, mejor banda sonora original, mejor guión adaptado, mejor guión original y mejor película.

Los nominados en las 24 categorías tendrán que esperar a la ceremonia del 22 de febrero para conocer si se llevan uno de los Óscar de esta 87 edición de los premios más importantes del mundo del cine.

La batalla será más que probable entre "Boyhood", de Richard Linklater, y "Birdman", la cinta del mexicano Alejandro González Iñárritu, que con casi toda seguridad lucharán por la estatuilla de mejor película junto con obras como "The Theory of Everything", "The Grand Budapest Hotel" o "The Imitation Game".

Michael Keaton ("Birdman") y Eddie Redmayne ("The Theory of Everything") son apuestas seguras para el campo de mejor actor, mientras que Julianne Moore cuenta con todas las papeletas para obtener su quinta candidatura, en este caso como mejor actriz por "Still Alice".

Según los expertos, Patricia Arquette ("Boyhood") no faltará a la cita como mejor actriz de reparto y lo mismo ocurrirá con J.K. Simmons ("Whiplash") como mejor actor de reparto.
